Dayton Democrats to Protest Cheney Visit. Theme: Baloney.

"Why pay $1,000 for a bunch of baloney?" is our theme for Dick's visit to Dayton on Friday, March 26th, at NOON.

In protest of Dick's $1,000 per plate luncheon, Dayton Democrats and activists will demonstrate on Dave Hall Plaza Park by passing out FREE baloney sandwiches to the homeless and downtown strollers.

Bring your signs and send a message to Dick:

We don't buy the baloney your selling.

2. The idea was born through a cooperative effort...

...between me, the former head of the Clark team; and a gentleman named Marc, the former head of the Dean team. That little spark has now grown to a party financed event, and the mass calling to notify the dem base in Dayton, and a large press release to the media. We will have hundreds out to demonstrate (and the Sierra Club is bringing folks in from all over the state, too).

But the real credit for the event should go to Dick Cheney--if he weren't such a 'Dick' we wouldn't be having such an event in the first place. That and his stooge, Bush.

I can hardly wait to grab the mic and let the fat cats attending the dinner know exactly what I think of Cheney's baloney... :evilgrin:

All of we Dems need to demonstrate and stand strong when the fat cats roll out their Lexus' and BMW's to the $2,000.00 & $1,000.00 Bush/Dick fundraisers.
