4. My guess

Kerry has been meeting with his advisors, recruiting people for a possible cabinet, and working with the Democratic leadership....fundraising, choosing a runningmate, hammering out strategies and messages, and getting everybody on same page for the cause. At least that's my HOPE.

We KNOW he has been out pressing hands and acting presidential with the public in some key states. Hopefully he has been getting some good local or regional press.

Wes Clark talked about it in December. Rumors were it was going to come out in January, but they said on NPR today that the WH had to approve and sat on it 3 months. I would think that's why Kerry campaign had Wes out on point this week. He knew Clarke and had worked with him. This backs up what Clark said he heard in the Pentagon post 9-11 and O'Neil's story also.

In Clarke's book he talked about Bill and his reading everything he could get his hands on. One time he told Clarke to read something by xxxx/xxx and Clarke went to get it only to find the book was not out. Bill C was reading the Galleys on the book.

If he wanted to take a short vacation, this was the perfect time to do so.
There is a 10 Million fundraiser that will reach his goal without any work from him and their are the 911 hearings.
There is nothing he could or should do, it's just working well right now.
Bush spent much for some Ads. But who really cares for these Ads when Clarke and the 911 hearings are making the news?
