He just said to Bill Richardson "Isn't Condi Rice's refusal to testify just because of 'concern over serparation of power'?"

Either this man is dumb as a box of rocks or he is on the Rove payroll. If he truly believes that line of b.s. he is unbelievably naive and does NOT deserve to even appear on a news program (other than faux news). Or, if he is THAT beholden to BushCo - he is downright dangerous.

Even the biggest Bush media lapdogs aren't THAT obvious.

It is an INSULT to the American public to have this guy as a CNN representative.

Generally though he is not that bad and certainly better than other people like brit hume. Asking Richardson that question allows him to respond to a common allegation and perhaps better bolsters the argument that condi should testify.
