Where does the unused primary election money go?

So if Hillary loses Ohio and Texas next week she's pretty much done for. If she dropped out next Thursday what happens to her cache of money? If she has $15 million in the bank unused does that go towards the Dem's GE campaign?

transferred to the DNC, given to other Dem candidates or it can be used for another federal race.
