I think that speech was as good as any that he gave in 10 years. He ripped into the Rove crowd and spelled out how rotten they are. We need those words and passion at the convention. Keynote?

2. .
Don't know, I think he wanted to say President but somehow said Vice but stressed the President part then as if he misspoke with that Vice part.

I would seriously doubt it would be Hillary.

7. I that post referred to C M Braun where Clinton thanked her
for her work on the primaries and sais roughly "maybe there will be a woman as vice...president...someday" The "vice" was a slip, I think.

5. Diversionary tactic?
My son has been hounding on this for weeks. Let the campaign "leak" the idea that Hillary is going to be V.P to put the right in FULL attack mode. Really expose how vicious they are. Make them spend LOTS of money.

Then, at the convention, pick the real candidate. They'll have already used all their tricks on JK first, then Hillary, and the people will be completely sick of them by the time the real election starts!

8. I kind of wonder if he's not doing that already
but with several other candidates.

6. Clinton will get a prime time speaking slot anyway
at the convention--doubtful it will be keynoter.
