I could have added Ronnie Raygun to that list, too. No question about it, that current White House Squatter makes ANY other president in my lifetime look good.

6. Nixon was a far better President than the current (p)resident

And when he got caught, he did what was best for the country and walked away (after insuring he'd get a pardon, of course--I give the guy credit but I'm not blind to what he was).

This guy wouldn't know a crime if it bit him on the ass. He is convinced nothing he does could be wrong, only possibly politically harmful. All those dead bodies are for the greater good; the continuance of the Bush presidency.

14. For a long time I thought I hated Nixon.

But, when he died I found that he wasn't nearly as bad as Reagan, and I couldn't even have imagined how bad * would be.

But, I've got a soft spot in my heart for Nixon, he kept my young ass out of the 'Nam. I drew a high number when he was Viet Namizing the war.
