It's more the kind of thing jocks have done as a result of sports injury than those who are overly concerned over one's youthful appearance.

Ordinarily, I'd say you all pay way too much attention to Mr. Drudge, who apparently lives in his mom's basement and hasn't even kissed a girl yet, but in this case, I'd say he deserves all the derision he gets for being such a dumbass.
