More proof bush is in trouble
That great georgia statesmen zell miller says the quarrels about the 9/11 commission could "energize our enemies and demoralize our troops." "This country is rapidly dividing itself into two camps, the wimps and the warriors. Those who want to argue and assess and appease and those who want to carry this fight to our enemies and kill them before they kill us." Georgia should be proud. miller made the remarks yesterday on the floor of the senate.

I agree with zell that we are dividing into two camps. Those who cherish the truth and those who have no use for the constitution. Wouldn't it be sweet if Majette gets his seat?

1. I hope no retirement party is planned for Miller
At least not planned by any Democrats.

2. Zell's remarks are like a parody - they are incredibly inane and stupid
I hope he keeps jabbering like this, any thinking person just has to laugh at this garbage.

4. you put that very well
they can spend $50million to find if furniture in the white house was vandalized, but don't want the truth about 911.

Zell - you brilliant mind - consider this. Had a decent inquiry been done after 911, shrub may not have lied about iraq to start a war there. Many hundreds of soldiers and thousands of civilians would still be alive. The resources could have been spent to fight terrorism.

and zell, had you defended the constitution when Al Gore won the election, President Clinton's adminstration's focus on terrorism would have continued. I believe that 911 would have been prevented.

we can keep going back in history. so zell shut the fu*K up. you weaken democrasy by opening your mouth.

8. Don't believe Bush is in trouble
It is a serious mistake to take any solace in such thoughts.

There are more than seven months left for the Republican attack machine to do its work.

10. Striking an optimistic Note
Those seven months are ample time for bush and his pals to screw up in even bigger ways. And we have more books on the horizon - Woodward, Wilson, Spinsanity. In their desperation they will do something to someone that will point them in a very bad light to the American People. I am confident.

12. Hope and reality
I am hopeful that enough of the American people will determine that Bush has taken the country down the wrong path and toss him, along with a bunch of Republican legislators, out on their asses.

The reality is that the Republicans are very, very good at spinning a web of deceit with enough sugar on top to win the hearts and minds of America.

Kerry has an excellent chance if not one vote is taken for granted.

Thank God he's resigning . . . turncoats like him used to have other fates back in the 1770's.
