Kerry Leading Maryland
Before I post the poll, I want to make clear that this is highly suspect in my opinion. It was done by Gonzales-Arscott research, a small outfit run by Patrick E. Gonzales, former head of Mason-Dixon. Mason-Dixon used to be notorious.

Kerry is, if you have trouble reading this, winning by five points without a Nader question and by 3 points (43-40) with Nader in.

PRESIDENT
Gonzales Research & Marketing Strategies. March 19-24 2004. N=825 registered voters statewide. MoE ± 3.5:

"Do you approve or disapprove of the job George Bush is doing as president?"

3. Very small lead!
Considering Gore won MD by 17 pts, Kerry's 3 pt lead is distressingly small.

5. We always win Maryland by bigger margins than we look like we will.
That's a flukey poll. If we are tied nationwide, we would win Maryland by 15 or more points.
