6. It seems the vast majority of Clinton support is in HEAVILY GOP areas of the state.

The south-central and northeast counties are GOP strongholds and they're nearly the only counties carried by Clinton.

Since the delegate allocation algorithms in many states weigh the votes more heavily in districts carried by Democrats in the last general election, it's possible that this pattern isn't unusual. It seems reasonable to have such an algorithm, particularly when the primary is open.

God I wouldnt have KNOWD' that. I lived in Mississppi for a year, what a story. ACtually if you KNEW anything you would know he got a bigger percentage in ALABAMA than he did tonight. Just goes to show you that White voters like Obama 17% more than Black voters like Hillary. Theres a percentage for you.
