that waste billions and give benefits to companies like Halliburton. NO Permanent Bases in Iraq...Give our Military control over operations that are being performed by outside contractors and phase out ALL Military Contractors as soon as possible.

She has promised she will do this and begin bringing the troops out brigade by brigade within 60 Days.
Health care to cover All National Guard and their families and funding for all returning soldiers for head injuries and PTSD....

There was a lot in her policy speech which CNN showed most of...but cut off after she went into not using Military Contractors..and an end to "No Bid" contractors like Halliburton.

She was tough and did point out differences between her policies and Obama and McCain's proposals.

The average person might not be able to distinguish between "for the war" and "for authorization to use force if necessary," but I had hoped members of this board would be able to do so. Anyway, this election is about what we are going to do now, not what happened five years ago.

7. She's opposing the war now at least as much as Obama

And Obama supporters like Daschle, Dodd and Kerry voted for the IWR along with Clinton, while Eddwards went further and co-sponsored it.

I always give Obama high points for opposing the run up to the Iraq war, but I do not believe that Daschle, Dodd, Kerry, Edwards, Biden or Clinton would have invaded Iraq had they been President at the time.

No matter how you figure the odds, either Obama or Clinton will be the Democratic candidate opposing McCain in the fall, and both of them are light years better than he on what needs to be done now.
