If the op-ed from the L.A. Times is such a problem, why wasn't or isn't the L.A. Times being criticized for running it? And if the fact that it appeared in the L.A. Times is not a poor reflection on the Times' opinion about Israel or Jews, why is the fact that the piece appeared in the Trinity newsletter any negative reflection on Rev. Wright, much less Sen. Obama?

Hmmm?

1. Wright is so not on the radar of average voters, they really don't care
The MSM will realize it soon enough.

People care about jobs, war, healthcare.

What crazy preachers say is not an issue in America.

4. Anyone see the black guy on Gregory's show trying to play this up as bad for Obama?
I think he was a WaPo writer (not Robinson). I had trouble figuring out what he was even talking about. LA Times, wha huh...? It just all seems like such a stretch.

8. Jonathan Capehart. He claimed it could be "death by a thousand cuts."
I doubt this has ANY legs since there's no video for "full effect" and Obama already said he disagreed with it.

7. Do we know for a fact that they weren't? I imagine they got a few letters about that thing.
Unless no one reads the paper, that is.

Wright, as the head pastor at the church, is the guy who decides what can, and can't, go in the church bulletin. It's his church, his responsibility.

But this is the real kicker, here:

http://tucc.org/upload/tuccbulletin_june10.pdf

I must tell you that Israel was the closest ally to the White Supremacists of South Africa. In fact, South Africa allowed Israel to test its nuclear weapons in the ocean off South Africa. The Israelis were given a blank check: they could test whenever they desired and did not even have to ask permission. Both worked on an ethnic bomb that kills Blacks and Arabs.

The LAT didn't use phrases like "garlic noses" and "lynching, Italian style" either.

10. Don't worry about it. This is nothing. Only MSNBC pushed this story ALL day and that's it.
