Wow! Electoral map moves bigtime toward Kerry

And his 212 electoral votes don't include Calif. (55 electoral votes) and three heavily Dem states with no polls yet (10 electoral votes), putting him at 277, which is enough to win.

Apparently, a bunch of Zogby polls came out with great numbers for Kerry. He even has a small lead in Missouri, and is only a few points behind in Tennessee! (The only weird result is Iowa, where Bush is ahead. That one has me scratching my head.)

2. The last poll there was close

but every one prior to that had Kerry with a double-digit lead. I'm certain that poll is an aberration; Bush will lose California handily. BTW, a new Field Poll came out in the state showing support for the war plummeting. There were no Bush vs. Kerry numbers released, but I'm sure the next several polls will show Kerry ahead. If he's winning by decent margins in the Midwest, he ain't losing California.
