2. I said awhile back that Vilsack was a loser for the ticket
But I said it was because nobody outside Iowa knows him. Looks like I was right, but had the reasoning wrong. Oh well, shows how much I know.

and the VP choice makes little to no difference on how people vote.

It looks like the polls come from 2 different samples. It would have been more productive to ask the same people.

Are his approval ratings low?

Is he being blamed for the malaise?

6. I have never understood why there was much interest in Vilsak
he is not all that popular in Iowa--Harkin would make more sence if you are going to go with a Iowan for VP.

7. Those are two separate polls and both within the MOE.
The results could be exact opposite of the results.
