7. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH BOSTON

Boston is perfect. I know that Republicans will point to it as being too "liberal," but I say GOOD!

I think that this convention should serve as a wake-up call to fair-weather Democrats that what we need right now is a return to our liberal roots, our American heritage, against this conservative monarchy that has cast us into this war and into international ill repute.

Put Edward Kennedy up on that stage. Let's remember Jack and Bobby. Let's remember the Progressive Revolution that started in Boston a hundred years ago. And the Progressive Liberal Revolution that began in Boston over 200 years ago. We cast off the shakles of one KING GEORGE. Let's do it again!!!!

Let's celebrate Boston's central role in finally ridding our nation of this blatant homophobia and anti-gay animus.

For all of this to happen, though, we need to TAKE A STAND AGAINST TERRY MCAWFUL AND THE REST OF THE DLC DEMS WHO ARE GETTING US CAUGHT IN THIS QUAGMIRE.

The convention may be in July, but the Platform is being decided now. THIS WEEKEND, in Baton Rouge (deep in the conservative south, "coincidentally") is the second part of the Democrats "interactive" platform tour. The Topic: NATIONAL SECURITY.

8. It seems like the "Safe" choice

but MA is also predictable and insulated. I think it would have given Dems a lot more bang for the buck to shoot for a convention site closer in a swing state. St.Louis or Cleveland...some place where it might gain some votes and move us past some of the NE liberal establishment associations that the pugs are perpetually throwing around against Kerry.

How about hosting it in a swing state? I know they made the plans years ago but Miami, Portland, Seattle, Des Moines, Kansas City, Cincinatti, Cleveland or Detriot all would've been better choices.
