Actually, someone can refresh Bush's memory about his pitiful life before he shows up at the funeral. Remind him that his life has been nothing but a string of failures. His only "successes" were the illegal kind. That oughta get the tears flowing.

OR, if someone reminds him that he could have raided $3 trillion instead of $2 trillion from the US treasury, then he might start crying. That should do it.
