How many people here have voted in the Daily Kos senate poll?
Today is the day for dKos fans to vote for the two Senate candidates for whom Kos will help raise money.

Right now the order is

1. Tony Knowles (AK)
2. Nancy Farmer (MO)
3. Barack Obama (IL)
4. Eric Fingerhut (OH)
5. Daniel Mongiardo (KY)
6. Burt Cohen (NH)

No matter who wins, we have some good people running for Senate.

1. I voted for Knowles and Obama
I genuinely like Obama (I'm from IL originally), and I like the idea of a Dem in Alaska.

But, yes, this is a good field.

2. I voted for Knowles and Mongiardo
I really like Obama (I've already given him some money), but I think he's going to get a lot of support form non-Kos folks.

I think Knowles will do a great job. I really like his statement, plus I think the money will go a long way in AK.

I went with Mongiardo because I think we need to fight for Southern seats and I think our money will go a long way in KY.

Still, it was hard not voting for Farmer or Fingerhut. They are both good.

I don't know much about Cohen, but he seems like a good guy.

It will be interesting to see who comes out on top.

3. Obama really needs help!
He's up against Jack Ryan who has a LOT of $$$$$$$$$. I tried to vote, but the site said I already voted and I haven't!

4. It doesn't make any sense to choose Obama when he's by far the most
favored of all of them to win. He's got over a ten point lead. Dean has already chosen him as the only senate race he's going to concentrate on. Spread the activist wealth around will ya? Don't make your decision on the fact that he's gotten the most press, make your decision on the logic of need.

5. Knowles should win, Farmer could win
Obama damn well better win or this is going to be a HORRIBLE year. Seriously, I think Barack Obama is pretty much assured a senate seat in November. Knowles and Farmer could use any help they can get.

8. I did Knowles, then Farmer
then Cohen (haha!), then Obama, then the other 2.

I figured that Knowles can use the help, and has a good chance at winning, and Farmer has an outside chance at winning, especially if she can get a good campaign going, and that NH is a relatively cheap state for a senate campaign, and then that Obama is most likely going to win anyway.
