10. Do you ever buy a product sight unseen?
What if the Convention is deadlocked and people like McCauliffe, Daschle, and Pelosi get together and handpick a nominee?

ABB is giving a blank check to the party establishment to subvert and cheat the primary process in order to get the nomination to one of their own. Remember IWR? I wouldn't trust McCauliffe anymore than I trust Bush. They are both corrupt!

We are better off dropping ABB from our vocabulary in order to give McCauliffe a few sleepless nights wondering if we can be bigger pricks than he is.

13. I Don't Care
They could handpick Joe Lieberman and I would still vote Dem over Bush.

Things have gotten bad...very bad...

They might be just as bad under a Dem, but at least we tried.

Much better than voting for Bush (which is what happens when you vote for a Nader)

14. If the trend continues
a few people in the current admin might be facing impeachment proceedings by next Nov. B* might not even be a contender by then.

I agree with some of the pundits that Dems need a larger message than "hate B*". We cannot reclaim our country with simple contrariness.

15. DING DING DING DING DING DING DING DING DING!!!!!!!!!
BRILLIANT!

You've just won our , "Let's make sure the people who actually fucking vote in the primaries make the decision unlike the GOP in 2000 where the corporate elites picked their boy two years out" Sweepstakes!

And what prizes do we have for our winner, Johnny?

Well Walt, first we have, A FREE PEOPLE!, and over to your left we see REAL SOCIAL PROGRESS!!! and finally, Walt, our winner will enjoy an all expense paid trip to CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITY!!!!

Yes Johnny, and these prizes can be handed out freely to EVERY LAST DEMOCRAT so long as they are unwilling to hand a free ticket to the DEMOCRATIC PARTY INSIDER ELITISTS!!!!

Make the fuckers earn it.

11. Certainly
It goes without saying that the party stalwarts will support any candidate... to the last ditch. Of course the votes of the "occasional green democrat" can't be spoken for. Even though voting for anyone other than the Democratic nominee or not voting at all is just about the same as voting for Bush, these people have their "scruples"... or is it scrofula?

But first and foremost let us be honest, open minded, perceptive and even wise about candidate electability. Coming together around a candidate that can't be elected is an exercise in futility. This kind of unity will flare into endless recriminations and a disastrous party split after a loss in 04... particularly if we are rushed into nominating someone who many (if not most) of the party's best and brightest truly believe is unelectable.

Better the party faithful(!) fight it out to the last in the primaries, as ugly as it might get and as hard as this might make our eventual unity and victory.

Anyone, any sacrifice to beat bush in 04.

17. I won't support the For War Four, I'll remain neutral if they get the nod
Sorry, but this has been my position from nearly a year ago and it's not changing. Unless one of the four repents and apologizes for their actions in causing the deaths of thousands of innocents. This doesn't translate into me voting for Bush or a Green, I'm just remaining neutral and writing in either Clark/Dean/Kucinich. That's how it is and how strongly I feel about this issue. Then again, it's only one vote, so how much sway will it have. But I will staunchly remain neutral if one of the Four is nominated.
