Kerry announces 3rd trip to West Virginia (July 15)
isn't he likely to have his vp announced by this time ? maybe that's why details of this trip isn't certain. or maybe it's one of his final campaigns before announcing the vp.

<Democratic presidential candidate John Kerry will visit West Virginia on July 15, but locations and details haven’t been decided yet, Kerry’s state campaign communications director said Friday.

“He is coming back to town,” Amy Shuler Goodwin said at the opening of Kerry’s West Virginia Headquarters in downtown Charleston. “We do not have plans finalized yet. We’re still working on it.”

Goodwin said the visit was planned before the White House announced Friday that President Bush will attend Charleston’s Fourth of July festivities. Kerry’s visit will not be his last stop in West Virginia, Goodwin added.

“Many things will be plugged into down the road,” she said. >

1. Good news!
Although its only 4 electoral votes, WVA is too beautiful of a state to go for Bush! Kerry can pick it up for certain...now if only he'd give VA more attention...We need ya down here buddy!

3. And, again, I pled with the Kerry campaign
to make a stop in Tennessee.
Kerry has yet to come to this swing state - not even during the primaries.
Bush is making a slow comeback in Tennessee - for reasons I cannot begin to fathom - and I would hate to see this Southern state ignored.
With our upstate New York-transplanted Democratic governor, Kerry's road is paved.
He needs to get his skinny tush down here!!
:)

5. Not that I remember
Teresa came here, but I don't recall Kerry coming - unless it was sometime before August 2003, when I started paying attention.
