I don't believe you really believe this Bill
On Hillary being a better president than him

He recounted: “My daughter said the other day in response to a question, ‘Do you think your mother would be a better president than your father?’ She said, ‘Of course I do’. When I called my daughter, I thought she would say, ‘Oh Dad, chill out. You can’t run for anything. She’s on the ballot. What do you expect me to say?’

“That’s not what she said. I called her, she said, ‘Dad, they asked me a direct question. I had to tell the truth.’” At this point, the former president departed from his standard telling of the anecdote and added: “Here’s what I want you to know. For this time in our history, I agree with my daughter. I love my wife but I love my country. I would never be here telling you something I didn’t believe.”

Don't you think that last statement should be at least a little hard for Bill to say with a straight face

1. Don't believe McAuliffe either! He's on MSNBC saying Republicans come up to him and say they are
Edited on Tue May-06-08 12:13 PM by flpoljunkie
voting "Democrat." Voting "Democrat" Terry! It's voting "Democratic!" Is McAuliffe trying to appeal to "Operation Chaos" Republicans here?

Don't know about you all, but I can't stand the thought of having to see Terry McAuliffe's mug on the tube for the next four or eight years-let alone the smarmy Kiki McLean!

It's time to "Turn the Page!" No more Bushes. No more Clintons!

2. Bill is desperate to return to the WH...Co-presidency II
I often wonder who would be willing to be Hillary's VP. Has to be someone who likes traveling to weddings and funerals since Bill will certainly be closer to the President than the VP.

3. I love my wife BUT I love my country?
 Sounds a little Freudian to me. And, yeah, that last line is a choker.
