On Hillary being a better president than him
He recounted: “My daughter said the other day in response to a question, ‘Do you think your mother would be a better president than your father?’ She said, ‘Of course I do’. When I called my daughter, I thought she would say, ‘Oh Dad, chill out. You can’t run for anything. She’s on the ballot. What do you expect me to say?’
“That’s not what she said. I called her, she said, ‘Dad, they asked me a direct question. I had to tell the truth.’” At this point, the former president departed from his standard telling of the anecdote and added: “Here’s what I want you to know. For this time in our history, I agree with my daughter. I love my wife but I love my country. I would never be here telling you something I didn’t believe.”
Don't you think that last statement should be at least a little hard for Bill to say with a straight face
