Posting My Pre-results Congratulations to Hillary Supporters
Edited on Tue May-13-08 02:12 PM by IWantAnyDem
Face it, everybody knows that Hillary Clinton is going to blow Barack Obama out of the water in a tidal wave of support that will definitely give her more than 60% of the vote and could give her more than 70% of the vote.

So here's to Hillary Clinton supporters for a well deserved landslide win today. You guys deserve it and she deserves it.

I'd also like to say, there is absolutely nothing to indicate that voters in West Virginia are any more racist than voters in any other state (and let's face it, there are racists in every state). The reason Hillary is winning is because Hillary has appealed to these voters on the issues and her appeal to them outstrips Obama at least 2 to 1.

Kudoes to Hillary and her supporters. You deserve tonight.

See you in Oregon...

1. I agree.
She's done a good job at campaigning in Southern, rural areas. He's done better in other areas. That's what contests are all about.

3. Hopefully the Obama campaign will be able to tap into that
He'll needs those rural voters who voted in the primaries come November.

If the only way he can achieve that is by putting Hillary on the ticket, then so be it!

8. Hillary as VP? That's like asking
the woman you dumped to be maid of honor for the woman you dumped her for.

15. McCain, Obama offer Clinton congratulations
McCain, Obama offer Clinton congratulations

Posted: 09:50 PM ET

(CNN) — A senior McCain adviser tells CNN's Dana Bash the presumptive Republican nominee called Hillary Clinton to congratulate her on her primary win in West Virginia.

McCain has not called either Democratic candidate after the past few contests — but he has made clear in the past that he admires Clinton's tenacity. The two have long had a cordial relationship in the Senate.

The Obama campaign says the Illinois senator also called Clinton to offer his congratulations, reports CNN's Chris Welch, but was unable to reach her, and left a voicemail.
