since you asked, one thing that has bothered me, and since i live in freeperville USA, I know what i am talking about. Please, the words "reduce or cut services" should be eliminated forever from every speech from every dem. It's the language thing, and the message you want to get across. Believe me when I say that doesn't connect to anyone and has negative connotations to alot of people.

what you say: blah blah blah -- "will result in reduced or elimination of services"

what they hear: Good those welfare cheats and layabouts, always looking for a government handout

when you say: blah blah -- "our schools, our roads, our veteran commitments, our water and air, our food safety, medical costs, care for our elderly

what they hear: yes we can do better and we should do better, after all America is the best and the greatest

I have seen this over and over in talking with people in my very republican area. Just my .02.:-) :-) :-)
