I'm going to take personal credit for turning one republican into an Obama voter

I saw her facebook page and it said under political views "moderate". I sent her a message that said something along the lines of "I guess they didn't have an option for fanatical right-wing demagogue" as a joke. She took some offense to it and has since then she's been trying to impress me with how balanced she is. Now that she's a die-hard Obama supporter I'm going to claim credit for her conversion.

At this point it's only the rabid neocons who think that Iraq is still winnable.

But mostly I think it was just reverse psychology. It's like when I see a dumb comedy movie like Anchorman with my sister. I know she doesn't really like them so I always tell her how much she's going to hate it. Invariably, she winds up having a good time.
