Does that not mean that our government has been taken over? A quiet bloodless coup?
Isn't this what Hitler and his 'congress' did - pass laws contrary to the rule of law?
There is no valid reason for any Senator to vote Yes on this FISA bill.
Passing this bill represents cooperative tyranny.

Remember the Patriot Act I & II? Remember the Interment of Japanese Citizens?
if a Coup happened, it happened a long time ago.

with every subpoena they fail to uphold, the Congress is making themselves irrelevant.
I don't think our founding fathers ever believed the Congress would give up their own powers so readily to the executive branch.
