1. I'm glad he's on that show! I don't like King, and rarely listen to his

show, but he has a very large audience and lots of them are Indies or Pubs. (I think the last time I watched King was when Howard Dean was his guest!)

Many have given you grief the past week for the position you took on the fisa vote. The ACLU and other have called it a gutting of the fourth amendment. Can you explain what made this particular version of FISA acceptable, and why you disagree with the ACLU.

I hope they ask it.
