Did Republicans ever restore full convention seating for the 5 states that voted too early?

We heard a lot about the Democrats debate with Florida and Michigan. They were seated at half, but Obama has promised to ask the Credentials Committee to seat them at 100% in Denver.

But many people have forgotten that the Republicans Party also docked 50% of the seats from Wyoming, New Hampshire, Florida, Michigan and South Carolina. Have their delegations been restored?
