It is almost August 2008 and McCain has no office in Indiana?

I heard Sen. Bayh say this yesterday but I just had to check it out myself.

With him finally opening an office in California he has about 14 offices opened (and some like the one in California) are actually opened by by the RNC

I'm here in Indiana and the Obama campaign is set up and ready to go. I've been called to organize in my small rural county. We are having a BBQ to recruit on Aug. 3rd.

On edit: The Repuke party is so strong around here they don't have to set up any offices.

somewhere in Logansport. There are supposed to be recruiting BBQs for Obama all over on Aug. 3rd. I was told Obama's birthday is the next day on Aug. 4th! The area organizer thought that was cool because we could celebrate his birthday with the BBQ!

And I'm here to tell you, I think McBush is in big trouble here. I frequently see Obama signs and bumper stickers around here, but only once or twice have I seen any for McCain. I have run into a few nutjobs who think Obama is a Muslim or some such crap, but other than that he seems to be pretty popular around here.
