We've all seen how McCain usually stumbles and fumbles his way during questioning, yet this weekend he was somehow answering every single question immediately, decisively. Whereas Obama, who is usually a very good orator, seemed to be taken by surprise by a few of the questions - which you would expect if they hadn't been prepped ahead of time.
Now Warren may say that both candidates are friends of his, and that might be true, who knows. But I think it's safe to assume that the evangelical crowd, while not particularly thrilled about McCain, is much more pro-McCain than they are pro-Obama. It would not surprise me one minute to find out that McCain was looking over an advance copy of the questions on his way over to the event. I simply do not trust the man one iota. He had all of his little anecdotes readily available, everything just came off as too rehearsed for him.
