You know Mrs. Obama, today I am proud of my country, again.

Your husband is a special person and will make a great president. Not because he is different than what we have now, but because he had to work hard and struggle to get what he wants. When you have to knuckle down and work, it changes you as a person. He understands us and knows what the republicans do not, the American people are tough, smart, and basically good of heart. He reminded us of this tonight. And I pray his words are repeated over and over again in the country, and people are reminded what this country is about.

I am proud to cast my vote for Barack Obama this November. I am proud to say I am a Texan and will make DAMN sure that I work to get him elected. Like his speech in 2004 and the one tonight, he has proven there is something special about him and he will take the office and change what it stands for and bring faith in that office back.
