Obama's speech was just what was needed, and he pre-empted them on those issues, plus the real ones that will affect us

What he did tonight was NOT give the chance for the republicans to define him, but clearly state where he was on the issues. However, the most remarkable and refreshing thing was that he turned the tables on the republicans, and defined the republicans, and what they have stood for the past 8 plus years, something that the Democrats have not been doing

Even though the MSM was for the most part favorable to us on this last night, we must NOT be fooled that they will report things fairly, and we must fight back even harder, especially when the lies start coming

It would be nice if this was a debate about the issues, but it won't be, because the issues are on our side, and the rovian machinary cannot fight us on the issues, only with lies and treachery
