Did Palin Break Campaign Laws in her 2002 failed LT. Gov race?
http://www.andrewhalcro.com/hollis_french#comment-3457

From an anon. comment from July:

"Sarah Palin continues to prove that she really was the least qualified person in the State to be elected governor. From her past campaign abuses, to her poor decisions, to her recent abuse of office, Alaskans who voted for her must be horrified, or morally corrupt. Remember these lapses? Paul Jenkins reported a few years ago that Mayor Palin ran much of her failed 2002 lieutenant governor's campaign out of her Wasilla office. He reported that "records and interviews indicate she used city time, city telephones, city employees and city computers" in her failed effort. She also used city email for campaign purposes. And on and on. She said she was sorry, although she knew this was illegal. And now she uses State employees for babysitting purposes."

Anyone in Alaska have this info?

1. More from Jenkins
THis guy is the editor of the Anchorage Times and seems to be a right-wing extremist but I wonder what his evidence is?

"For all intents and purposes, (Palin) ran her losing campaign for lieutenant governor in 2002 from her office in Wasilla, where she was mayor, even holding campaign meetings in City Hall. That was illegal. She also used city equipment and sent e-mails on her city computer. That, too, was illegal. Lucky for her, nobody will ever know the entire breadth and depth of her illegal activities because city officials could not find her computer when I asked. But the existing evidence, found almost by accident after a written request, is very clear."

3. Who's that going to bother?
Isn't McCain breaking the rules named after him as we speak?

Breaking laws regarding campaigns is something of a Republic requirement.
