McCain's pick is an INSULT to women all over the country

With this pick, he's just told women everywhere that experience doesn't matter. If he felt like he had to pick a woman, there are PLENTY of more qualified GOP women that he could have picked. Kay Bailey Hutchinson, Condi Rice, Christine Todd Whitman, etc. This pick has everything to do with putting together an attractive looking ticket, putting youth over experience. I absolutely despite Condi Rice, but even she would have been a better pick.

What McCain has done is to tell women that it doesn't matter if you have experience, that if you're good looking enough and popular enough, that you can make it.

This is nothing more than an obvious attempt to win over Hillary's supporters.

SHAME on McCain for thinking so short-term, putting petty politics ahead of the national interest. There is NO FUCKING WAY that anyone could seriously think that this woman is ready to be president should something happen to McCain. Can anybody here envision Palin dealing with Putin?
