it's for the same reason that Hillary wanted to do umpteen more debates when it was pretty clear that the tide had turned against her. Like her, McCain wants the free media exposure.

How does one ensure that the audience is not stacked against you?

The pundits and the TV audience will be unfairly affected by the studio audience. If McCain can load the audience with repuke assholes, he can be made to look like he is winning points and, therefore, the debate.

4. And why should Obama (or any of us) believe you when you say you will stop lying.

It's the fundamental problem of any witness in a court case. Once you have been proven to have lied, you cannot be trusted to ever speak the truth.

You and I bashed horned several times during the primaries, as your candidate was Clinton and mine was Obama.


But I want to say that I am sorry if I went overboard with you a few times. We were both pretty passionate about our candidate.


It really warms my heart that a staunch Clinton supporter such as yourself has jumped into the Obama camp with both feet.

It's been quite a journey, filled with every emotion possible, but in the end, the stakes are too high to do anything but jump in with both feet. Barack and Joe have made that transition easy for me. I'm so proud of both of them.

We're all great Democrats and that makes us all good people.

We're going to win in Nov!!!! We have to.
