The First Debate
Well I'm concerned, when Kerry totally blitzed Bush*t in the 2004 debate and CNN called it a tie, Faux News said it was bias and Bush won, I thought there is nothing Kerry can do to get the media to say he won.

The same will happen this year, Obama has to cream McCain or the media will do a number on him, and I see McCain putting up a better performance than Bush*t.

1. Just watch PBS or C-Span. Ignore the others.

2. I think Obama was declared the winner in one debate during the primaries.
The debates are important, but it didn't make any difference in 2000 and 2004. Bush clearly lost the debates those years, and look what happened.

I do expect Obama to be more aggressive against McCain than he was with Hillary. I'm hoping for a McCain meltdown myself.

4. We should spread the word for people to watch it for themselves, live
on C-Span or PBS.

You'd be surprised by how many people still don't know that these stations carry campaign events. Remember the huge number of convention viewers did not include C-Span, PBS or the internet.

People are pretty smart when they have the facts.

Having a lot of people watch the debates (via the right sources) and letting the media know we're watching, will help.

I'm going to send out emails and text messages to remind people to watch.
