Kerry, Clark now tied in NH poll...
From the American Research Group's ongoing tracking poll:

http://americanresearchgroup.com/nhpoll/demtrack/

Jan 2-4 Jan 3-5

Braun 0% 0%
Clark 12% 14%
Dean 39% 37%
Edwards 3% 3%
Gephardt 6% 6%
Kerry 14% 14%
Kucinich 2% 2%
Lieberman 6% 7%
Sharpton 0% 0%
Other 1% 1%
Undecided 17% 16%

Sample size 622 619

Kerry's ongoing slide seems to have stopped. He's now holding steady at 14, down from 19 when the poll started. Dean is also back to where he started, and Clark is up 2.

5. Margin of Error?
The Dean and Clark moves mean little in a tracking poll. You need to follow these polls over many days.

6. exactly...
if you follow the link I provided, you'll see this poll has been ongoing since December 26th.

In that time, Kerry's fallen 5 points, Dean has remained steady, and Clark has risen 2 points.

Clark signs up in their yard. I have yet to see a Dean sign in town.

16. Yes, because I was discussing the latest results.
But I mentioned the results from the beginning, and provided a link.

Not sure what your beef is.

13. also, here's the analysis offered on the website
Beyond Ballot Preference - January 6, 2004

Wesley Clark's ballot preference has increased since his latest visit to the state began last weekend. While a number of respondents have reported seeing the debate in Iowa on Sunday, more have mentioned coverage of Clark's visit to New Hampshire.

Clark's strength in the ballot preference continues to be among men. In the latest tracking, Dean leads Clark 30% to 22% among men and Dean leads Clark 43% to 7% among women. Clark is gaining on Dean among those with favorable opinions of Clark. Of the 52% of likely Democratic primary voters saying they have a favorable opinion of Clark, Dean leads Clark in ballot preference 28% to 23%.

Of coure I'm delighted. Coming in second in NH would be a good start for Clark.

18. kick...
hard to keep up with the discussions on that OTHER poll, which whether true or not, is relatively meaningless at this point. National polls just don't carry much weight yet.

This poll matters a lot more to the actual race.

19. That's exactly
what Kerry and his supporters deserve by going after blood with Dean while giving a virtual handjob to Clark.

How you like THEM apples Kerry folks?

23. well...
Dean is down 8 points since Mid-December in the same poll. Kerry seems to be getting hurt, but it doesn't seem Dean is gaining from it.
