Morning Joe: McCain's Campaign Now an Uphill SLOG. Giving Obama PROPS For the Debate ! |
|
I swore I'd never do a post about this show again. I quit turning on the TV in the mornings during the primaries. But I decided to check in this morning since things have had the weekend to settle and wow.. they're all giving kudos to Obama !
They actually said "McCain hurt himself with his demeanor at the debate." !!
Said that they thought the debate would be remembered for McCain's Deportment.
Obama is now at 50%. I believe we're over the hurdle. I really do.

1. No, Joey the Scar and Pat Bucannan continue to spew their anti-Obama memes. |
|
I couldn't leave it on MSNBC for more than 2 minutes before I had to change the channel. Mika is, as always, the ultra-feminine sighing "princess of the boy pack." It's nauseating to watch. No thanks! :puke:

3. I'm sure they do. But this is the first time I've ever heard the WHOLE panel: Buchanan, Scarbrough, |
|
Barnacle, et al, highly complimentary of Obama and critical of McCain.
My point is I think the debate was a turning point, along with the economy. :hi:

What role is Mika, playing? Of what use is she? She looks like Olivia Newton John in Grease! |
|
Just give her a leather jacket and tight black spandex pants!
Jeee-zus,Mika...you've become the classic "low priced spread" right before our eyes! :puke: :argh:

2. I'm cautiously optimitic BUT |
|
undecided voters make me nervous... Mika talked about attending a pig roast in Pa. and meeting many undecided voters who had watched the debate, but still were on the fence. How can that be? either way, how could one watch that debate and not have an opinion for or against either man? Undecideds are in significant number.

|
is still sitting around trying to figure out what side they're coming down on?!
It'd be laughable if it weren't so sad :-)

7. According to some DUers McCain and Obama are both out to screw the middle class |
|
so maybe those people can't decide who is worse. I don't fall into that category and think Obama and many of the dems are trying to legitimately evaluate what to do with the economic mess.

9. Agreed. Especially since Obama and McCain are direct opposites...Nothing undecided about them.... |
|
to me, a person who is undecided (at least the majority) are people who are afraid to say they will vote McCain simply because they cant vote the black guy...so their hope is Obama messes up so they can come out openly and admit they want to vote McCain. But let me be clear that i am sure there are some undecideds that for some baffling reason are still undecided -- which STILL as i write this, is bs.

16. Couldn't have said it better! |
|
Some "undecideds" just don't want the confrontation and hassle of admitting they could never vote for a black guy. They've had their minds made up for months.

18. relax...........there really ARE folks out there who don't sit in front of their laptops |
|
like we do, and who really don't care about politics in general, but do their duty every four years.
That is how I have always seen the undecideds.

5. They must have watched Tucker Bounds and Nancy |
|
Fluffernutter very closely all weekend and decided it's better to be "on board" with the voters than to come off looking like a bunch of Baghdad Bob clones.

6. You Mean The Wife Beater & Abused Spouse? |
|
Mika can kiss my lovely white butt ! She's been "in the tank" since Caribou Slut-Gal's nomination...and Joe..well, every 4 years he becomes a raving Republican. Who can forget 2004 when he took a "leave of absence" from MSNBC to actively campaign with Bush & McCain in Florida???
A$$wipe. Always has been. Alwways will.
How's Lori's Family Joe??????? (couldn't resist):patriot:

I almost had to gag this am with the 15 minutes I watched. On Friday they were all claiming McNumnuts won. What a difference a weekend makes.

13. this show is a train wreck |
|
and you have to watch it and post.
I know the feeling...it's so horrible that it's good...not horrible like Rush or Hannity, who I can't listen to, but horrible like one of those videos where the guy gets hit by the train.

14. It is completely uncomfortable ... |
|
The way Mika is treated and acts, it is like watching a reality TV show with an abused spouse.
I mean, the right wing spin is massively agitating for a D, but the whole Mike dynamic is just flat out bizarre/sad. I don't get how MSNBC lets it go on.
