Has not had an easy life, but boy he's made something of it. And ready to give it all to try to turn this country around. Very, very impressive.

He's gaining traction...

He's talking about his early life. His stepfather...his life was hard. :(

He met Gert, won his Rhodes Scholarship, went to school, went to Nam. Then Kosovo. He was relieved from his duties after Kosovo. Wrote 2 books. Gert's reaction to his running for president. They were relaxing at a hotel in Ca. and Gert said to him, "You realize if you run for president, we will never be able to do this again? Do you REALLY want to do this?" Wes said to Peter Jennings... "I can't stand where the country is being taken and that is why I'm doing this."
