My letter to the Kerry campaign
URGENT
Dick Cheney said yesterday it is vitally important not to make the wrong choice in Nov. He was Half right. This comment coming from the team that spent 9 months in denial of all the terrorism warnings is telling. Denial is a major theme in the Bush* admin. Their record is one of denying facts, science, and warnings. This needs to be said strongly; "Does America believe that denial is the right stuff?" The Republicans would have you believe they did everything they could before 9/11. Nine months of denial and the longest vacation of any president in history, Is not doing all you can.

So any comments, how did I do?

1. Right on the money
The only thing I would add is that the Bush misAdministration also has relied on Blame and Divert tactics to cover up their lapses that have resulted from their long vacations and bouts of denial.

In most, if not all cases, when they've royally screwed the pooch, the first thing out of the un-elected Fraud's mouth is "Well, it's Clinton's fault".

According to the Smirking Chimp, the buck only stops with the last truly Elected President, President Clinton.

3. I would also suggest he mention....
...that if Cheney believes that a Kerry Presidency would open us up to terrorist attack, that means he believes a sitting president is responsible for what happens on his own watch. This means that he should stop blaming Clinton for 9/11 and look in the mirror.

4. And his hand picked AG (Ashcroft) scratched off "Terrorism" from ...
...the list of Bush Administration budget priorities in 2001.
