McCain camp will use 'legal remedies' if election turns foul

If the McCain campaign believes voter fraud from groups like ACORN tainted the result of Tuesday's election, it will resort to "legal remedies," McCain campaign manager Rick Davis said.

Fox's Chris Wallace asked Davis the following: "But I just want to make it clear. You reserve the right, if you feel that something has gone down wrong in any state in the country, that you'll go to court."

2. Yawn!! But McCain won't fight the voter fraud by Republicans
trying to keep college students from voting! Or Voter Intimidation! Screw them...Obama has a cadre of talented lawyers and they will kick McCains ass.

9. Let's not forget the VA flyers stating Dems vote on Nov 5th. Sounded like fraud to me.

3. He'll try it, but his case will be thrown out.
I believe there will be a clear consensus for Obama.

7. In all fairness, kelly
If we lose, we'll sue. Not that it would do any good. Shoot, Gore took it to court and they still stole it, and Ohio has at least one lawsuit going on now 4 years later.

But I hope that Obama does find cause to sue over some of the voting machines, win or loose. He wins a fair election, no doubt. But the voting machine bizz needs lots of work, still.

And welcome to DU.

5. The Obama campaign is fighting all this crap they are tossing on the basis that these
idle threats (which have been made in prior elections and thrown out as frivolous and totally lacking in merit) are being made at this time to influence an election. I think it's despicable and probably just hot air.

8. What about the whole "get over it" attitude of the last two elections?
That's what we've been told when we've suggested voter fraud.
