It is an intense multi-faceted campaign, and one of the main techniques of right wingers is to "play the ref." They accuse the reporters of a liberal bias to get them to bend farther to the right to "make up for it."

I was also repulsed by the obvious campaign in 2000 to make fun of Gore as a dork and promote the candidacy of the buffoon from the Bush Dynasty.

And during these Bush years they've allowed themselves to be directed by the Bush administration. They've accepted curbs to what can and can't be shown on air regarding the war being conducted in our name, and promoted the administration's perspective even to the point of using news clips provided ready to roll by the administration itself.

The consolidated media has become the compliant media. You'd never know we the people owned the airwaves.

The owners are by far nearly all very wealthy Republicans. I wouldn't be surprised if most of them thought that Obama killed his grandmother for some extra free air time (that he apparently didn't get). They need to be broken up and more strongly regulated. Also, PBS and NPR need to be funded and treated like Britian does for the BBC. Make PBS and NPR some serious competition to big money media.

7. The most annoying part of TV

in general are the 'pundits' and announcers who tell us what we are seeing and what we've been hearing. I could maybe understand that in the time of radio....but really I don't need to be told what I am seeing. I can see and hear for myself. Often, while watching sports (Lakers) I just watch without sound. And when listening....I don't even watch, know what I mean?

Don't worry, with any luck we wont have to see stinky old McCain or his airheaded sidekick for much longer. HOpefully, after tomorrow they will just fade away.

So many newspapers have endorsed Obama all over so what's up with cable media? I am sick and tired of seeing McCain/Palin. Right now they're on MSNBC. I just want to see Obama. I hope that CNN, FOX, MSNBC have low ratings after Obama is our President! Except for Keith and Rachel, of course!
