100% reporting Obama up 20k votes in NC. Why haven't they gave it to him?

None of the channels gave it to him yet with 100% reporting is there a reason?

3. Absentee Military Ballots maybe?
That's my only guess. I think they come down 55-45 McCain. But Obama still wins.

By law they can cast a ballot on a battlefield, on election day.
