Cops were able to trace documents that were typed on IBM's |

The (lettered balls?) use to wear out in certain areas and when someone would type they would leave out a little bit of a certain letter depending on how much wear was on that letter.
Detectives would trace letters typed on IBM's back to the IBM that it came from.
The pundits are comparing letters and the typewriters that were used must have been worn out on certain letters.

They keep matching up each individual letter and saying look this "I" doesn't look like an "I" from another IBM.
They are so full of BS.
