Sheer Speculation On The LIEberman Vote
What if...in the cloakroom...publicly...the senators agree that it would be best to keep the traitor right where he is. But what if when it comes to the actual vote some senators are sitting there, ballot in hand saying to themselves, 'well I know everyone is going to vote for him but since I can't stand the sob I'm going to give myself the sop of voting no. And what if enough think that way to kick his butt out? After all, a secret ballot is a secret ballot and one never knows.

1. I think he loses his chair and gets to decide 'should I stay or should I go'?
All on his own. That was what Reid laid out to him last week and that is what is going to happen.

2. At The Very Least I Hope He Loses That Chair
Him keeping it is simply untenable. Though I note he very aggressively fought back on that and offered his 'welcomed' ultimatum of bolting the party if he didn't get what he wanted. I also think he owes an apology as suggested by Bayh and Klobachar but I don't see him lips moving.

3. I wrote my senators this morning.
That fucker needs to be stripped. He is detestable. A rat. A person without honor or loyalty. The Dems MUST remove him from his chairmanship. I don't give a shit if he belongs to 'the club'. The people this club works for want him out.

5. I'll write MY senators!
Let's see, that would be Bob Bennet, and Orrin Hatch.

Somehow, I don't think they'll give a damn. :)

7. If my Senators were named Clinton & Schumer, that step would be a given.
But being as how their names are Chambliss and Isakson, to describe the exercise as pointless would be wildly optimistic.

8. Mine Are Clinton & Schumer
And they have been given several earfuls including the fact that Lieberman not only campaigned for McShame but he campaigned against Obama and stood on the stage when Palin was shouting out her vicious screeds.
