2. Of course, but the RW repukes have a very warped way of looking at things,

especially history..and forget about it if it includes Bill Clinton. He is/was their biggest nemesis. He stopped Poppy Bush from getting re-elected and foiled some plans that the repukes had already started to put into action.

Anything good that happened while Clinton was President, was due to Poppy. Anything bad that happened when shit-for-brains was president, was Clinton's fault.
Clinton gets all the blame, but none of the credit.
