Bush, Cheney, the entire administration, and all losing\retiring congress-critters could resign TOMORROW!!!

I have another idea, I now it is radical, but maybe Congress should do what they should have done beforehand and impeach both Bush and Cheney.

committed before they harm themselves or their fellow citizens further.

3. I suppose in theory...

Before resigning, Bush could appoint Obama Secretary of State. Bush and Cheney could resign and Pelosi and Byrd could then refuse to serve. At that point Obama would become President.

But I don't think that would happen.
