Can we assume Obama will be retaining Patrick Fitzgerald?
I think I read something a while back about the possibility of Fitzgerald being re-appointed.

After today it seems like a political lock.

If Obama tried to remove Fitzgerald now it would appear he was engaging in a cover up and he knows that. His hands are tied.

Too bad Shrub had to commute Libby's sentence. And Blago deserves to go down, how dare he demand bribes for the Senate appt. for Obama. F*ck him!
