16. There are reasons we IL people have hated blago for a long time:

case and point. He went in front of the press one day and said that from now on all senior citizens won't have to pay for public transportation. Sounds great right? Well actually there is no money in the budget for that and even tho he's a dem and the state legislature is dem he discussed this with NO ONE. He was delaying getting the budget passed and he came up with this idea. He just wanted to increase his poll numbers. Many senior citizens came out to say they have the money to pay fares and they were insulted by this.

The man is nuts! I really think he has a personality disorder. And he's an asshole. Well that's obvious.
