All I see in terms of a listing of state by state corruption records is Table III, which shows the number of Federal Public Corruption Convictions by state over the past decade. According to that chart, the most corrupt state is Florida, with over 800 convictions, followed by NY, with around 760, California, with 700, and then Illinois with around 600. Louisiana lags well behind on this chart, with only 329 federal corruption convictions. A number of other states top Louisiana.

Is there another listing that I'm missing in the report?

at the youth correctional system for two years so that it would not hurt his re-election chances and got the Gonzo DOJ to help him. That is Texas style corruption---everything is bigger in Texas.

Why do you think the Bush-Cheney administration is so corrupt? They are both from Texas (even though the prez and VP are not both supposed to be from the same state).

This survey, in effect, ranks the states based only upon Federal convictions for corruption charges. Ultimately, it's a listing of states in which the Bush DOJ had the most success attacking and convicting Democrats (or, at least, the effectiveness of the DOJ is a limiting factor of the study).

The United States is a LIBERAL Country.
