The very best is that Clark is capable of convincing the wealthy to WANT to pay higher taxes. I know he can do this. He will tell them it's their duty to help fix what's wrong with this country. He will explain it and they will, many of them, buy into the plan, because it's the right thing to do. Just think of all the rich people who were saying at the time they didn't want the stupid tax cuts - but they did want better social programs. This is a win-win for the General.
