Jesse Jackson Jr sure does lack his dad's charisma

Not a very likeable persona, IMHO. He may be a wonderful rep and great democrat - but he's got
a way to go on the personality meter. Guess I didn't like the way he spoke against his own
father after he hot miked.

I worked for Jackson Sr. When he walked into a room he would take the air out

Charisma is overrated when not paired with wisdom and class. I prefer someone with the smarts not to make an ass out of
himself than a showboat with an ego the size of the Titanic. What he said about wanting to cut Barack's nuts off turned me
off him forever. Talk about an unpleasant personality!

I'm not very familiar with him. I just saw him on Hardball doing his thing and his serious demeanor seemed appropriate for the occasion. He seemed condident and slightly offended, as innocent people will be when accused of wrongdoing. Now if he acts like this all the time....

sr has disappointed me over and over. sr has lost all charisma in my book. jr has had to do his thing in the shadow of his fathers indiscretions-he has done a fine job. he'll rebound from this and continue to rep his district. perhaps his dad can lay low for awhile and stay off of fox and be a father to his young child.

It had nothing to do with the subject at hand. He was in either CNN or MSNBC as an Obama surrogate and there was a big ado about the incident in NH where her voice cracked (she never cried and even if she had, so what?). Jesse Jr. was quite nasty, he mocked her and questioned why didn't she cry for the victims of Katrina and the victims of some other tragedy which I can't remember right now. Well, I don't recall his candidate crying either. Furthermore, Obama went to New Orleans at Hillary's invitation. Bill also went there to offer his foundation's aid. So, for Jesse to be throwing ad hominem attacks was beyond the pale. Since then I can't stand the guy.

people forget all the good things he has done and the way he has stood up against injustice all his life - many times in
